Unique Approach

This programme is more than a training programme; it is a highly individualized and interactive process involving self-discovery and growth.

The one-to-one sessions allow each person to receive individualized personal feedback and attention.

The emphasis is on suitable long-term benefit and permanent change to work practices and lifestyle. The programme is tailored to each individual – it identifies and addresses those issues most specific to each participant.

We use Confidence building approach - to develop a personalized strategic plan for going forward.

We do not use open discussions; role play and group interaction as part of the training.

  • equip them with practical skills to handle stress in all aspects of their daily life.

  • improved confidence in meeting challenging situations, people and events,
  • greater work/life harmony,
  • improved personal productivity,
  • a Stress Management plan.

Programme Outline

Full workshop combined with 6 hours individual meetings. Total 14 hours.

Programme Methodology

As Stress is personal and individual ("what is a delight for one may be distressing for another person") this programme is conducted on a one–to–one basis.
The workshop is class-room style with little interaction between participants i.e. we do not use Group discussions, or role-play as part of the training.

The training method applies functional cognitive behavioural principles; it challenges participant's thinking and leads them to discover answers for themselves. This proves to be a lively and motivational way of examining the subject and more importantly, can result in a lasting change in behaviour.                                                                                           Practical solutions are provided, which are simple and easy to do which help participants to tackle stress in all aspects of their lives.

It combines proven techniques of good individual diagnosis with collective training/coaching giving measurable results for each individual. This in turn improves the effectiveness of what they are already doing in their job and life.
