Programme Methodology
As Stress is personal and individual ("what is a delight for one may be distressing for another person’) this programme is conducted in class-room style with little interaction between participants i.e. we do not use Group discussions, or role-play as part of the training.
The training method applies functional cognitive behavioural principles; it challenges participant's thinking about Stress/Pressure and leads them to discover answers for themselves. This proves to be a lively and motivational way of examining the subject and more importantly, can result in a lasting change in behaviour.
Practical solutions are provided, which are simple and easy to do which help participants to tackle stress in all aspects of their lives.
